I'm relativly new to

I am a lvl 54 fire mage. I'm relativly new to the game. I'm veryonfused about what equment I should be trying to get. I keep hearing about spellfire and spellstrike sets, T4, T5, and other stuff i don't remember. I have no idea what this stuff is, or if it's even something I should want. an someone explaine this stuff for me or point me to a that will?
Those really aren't things to worry about now. Just remember to go for stuff with 2 or more of Spell DamageSpellritIntStam until you hit 70. The other stuff bomes a lot easier to understand when you've rehed 70.

Thanks DarkHybrid, he's absolutely right. Pre-, don't worry about gear so mh. Just try to get the best stuff youan, and level to 58+. Then head to Outlands. In Outlands, quest rewards will far eeed your gear from before, so be ready to do lots of repling. As a mage, you should primarily go for +spell damage, intellt, and stamina. Spirit is good too, but shouldn't be your forwardoern. So yeah, keep doing that until level 70. As you level up the max, you'll have to start makinghoes. What sp do I want? What do I plan to do at level 70? If you are a tailor, your intended sp will dirtly afft your spializationhoes. IE, if you want to sp 40210 then you'd want the Spellfire spialization. Bottom line is, don't worry about all that thnal stuff for now :P
thanks forlearing some of that up for me. I think what you're all telling me is that gear really doesn't matter too mh until level 70, so just get whatever ian until then. I dont have a tailor right now. My main toon is mining and ehanting. would it be really benifial to me to start leveling a tailor? Do tailorsharge a fortune for the spellfire sets? I am a fire mage so i guess spellfire is what i want to work for. Any other adve you have would be appriated.
